Getting Started
Welcome to Real Brides! This app is your all-in-one wedding planner, guest manager, and vendor marketplace.
Sign up or log in to get started. You can create a new wedding or join one with a code or link from the couple.
Your dashboard gives you a countdown, quick links, and a summary of your tasks, RSVPs, and more.
Planner Tools
• Tasks: Add, assign, and track wedding tasks. Use checklist templates or create your own. Overdue and high-priority tasks are highlighted.
• Final Countdown: Role-based checklists for the last 72 hours before the wedding.
• Budget: Set estimated and actual budgets per category. Track payments and split costs among contributors.
• Payments: Log deposits, installments, and final payments. Each payment links to a vendor and budget item.
• Guests: Manage your full guest list, RSVPs, plus-ones, dietary needs, and table assignments. Send invites via portal codes or links. Bulk import guests from CSV or Google Contacts.
• Timeline: Build a detailed wedding-day schedule. Share or export to PDF for your team and vendors.
• Seating: Assign tables and manage your seating plan.
Vendors & Premium
• Vendor Directory: Browse and manage vendors. Vendors have profiles, ratings, and can be assigned to tasks or payments.
• Vendor Tiers: Vendors can subscribe to different tiers (free, bronze, silver, gold, platinum) for more visibility and features.
• Premium Upgrade: Upgrade your wedding to premium for advanced sharing, HD downloads, registry links, and more. Special discounts may apply. PayFast is used for secure payments.
Advertising & Subscriptions
• Vendors can order and pay for advertising placements within the app.
• Admins manage ads, subscriptions, and vendor tiers.
Notifications & Communication
• In-app notifications keep you updated on articles, comments, likes, system messages, and broadcasts.
• Admins can send announcements to all users, brides, or vendors.
• Real-time updates and unread notification counts are shown throughout the app.
Analytics & Admin
• Admin dashboard provides stats on users, vendors, premium weddings, issues, reviews, ads, and contact forms.
• Vendors have analytics for views, enquiries, reviews, and revenue projections.
Gamification & Achievements
• Earn XP and level up by completing planning actions and modules.
• Unlock achievements for milestones and module completion.

• Do I need to download the app? No, the guest portal works in any web browser.
• Can I change my RSVP later? Yes, you can update your response, meal choice, and dietary info any time before the couple’s cut-off date.
• Is my information private? Yes, only the couple and their chosen planning team can see your RSVP details and contact info.
• What if I already have an account? Sign in to see the wedding in your planner with any tasks or roles assigned to you.
